Perched on a clifftop above Nyang Nyang beach on Bali's Bukit peninsula, Uluwatu Estate is a Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Home — a dramatic tropical estate framing some of the most breathtaking ocean views in Bali. Eight independent suites (plus a convertible ninth suite / staff apartment) sleep up to 16 guests (16+2), with nine bathrooms. A reduced four-bedroom configuration (8 guests) is also offered, and the estate hosts events for up to ~70 guests. Daily breakfast and dedicated chef service are included; additional food & beverage is charged on consumption. A refundable US$3,000 damage deposit and a 25% incidentals deposit apply. Minimum stay 3 nights (7 nights in July–August and over the Christmas / New Year period).
