The Super Penthouse crowns HakuVillas, a building of just four residences in Upper Hirafu, 200 metres from the Hirafu Gondola. Spread over three floors and 590 m² of interior space, linked by a spiral staircase and a private elevator, it has seven en-suite bedrooms for up to 16 guests and an en-suite nanny room. The middle floor opens onto Niseko's largest private onsen, an infinity hot spring fed from the volcanic source, between an outdoor dining terrace and a fire-pit terrace, with the living room and a round dining table looking straight at Mt Yōtei. Upstairs are the mancave bar and a second fire-pit terrace; below, six of the bedrooms, two massage rooms and a sauna, and the master suite has an onsen of its own.
