It is part of a larger estate on the beach, and its own grounds extend to 6,400 square metres, with 60 metres of frontage onto the sand.
Rather than a single building, the house is laid out as five contemporary pavilions in a Thai style, spread across wide lawns planted with coconut palms. The pavilions are set apart across the grounds, so the grass and trees run between the buildings, with the sea along one edge.
Across the pavilions there are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, and the villa sleeps twelve in all. That makes it a good fit for a large family or a group of friends sharing a stay by the water.
